The total amount of the reservation must be paid 7 days prior to arrival.

The client can modify/cancel the reservation up to 14 days prior to arrival, otherwise will charge the 20% deposit.

For a minimum stay of 7 nights we include a courtesy cleaning (change of towels, sheets, and cleaning except for kitchen and terraces).

The apartments are located within a residential complex so upon arrival, customers must read and sign the internal rules of the accommodation:

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartments; they may do so on the terraces.

Noise and parties are forbidden after 9 pm. In case of complaints from neighbors we will proceed to remove the deposit.

On the day of check out, garbage bags must be deposited in the containers on the street; it will not be possible to do so in the community’s garbage cans. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of 30€ of the deposit.

The loss of keys will incur a cost of 50€ for each set.

The loss of pool towels will incur a cost of 10€ per towel.
